24 Hours of Continuous Prayer

24 shifts · One Church · One Prayer

"Jesus, have Your way."

Why Continuous Prayer?

We aren't trying to manufacture revival. We are preparing our hearts for what only God can do.

We're asking God to search us, purify us, awaken His Church, save the lost, heal the hurting, restore families, break strongholds, and reveal Jesus. We are praying for the Holy Spirit to have complete freedom among us.

We are praying that people don't simply attend another gathering — but that people encounter the living God.

"Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?" — Psalm 85:6

The Progression

Start at 24. Then Press In.

Don't skip steps. Once your gathering has completed a full 48-hour chain with every slot covered, recommend they move to 72 the next time. Build endurance in the spirit.

Leader's note: The goal is not the number of hours — it's the unbroken chain. A 24-hour chain with every slot covered is more powerful than a 48-hour attempt with gaps. Complete what you commit to before pressing further.

How It Works

Choose Your Slots

Each person takes one or more one-hour prayer slots during the selected period. Take as many as the Lord leads.

Stop and Pray

When your time arrives, wherever you are, stop and pray. Home, car, prayer room — wherever you happen to be.

Build the Chain

Together, you build an unbroken chain of prayer. Every slot covered. No gaps. One Church, one prayer.

We Need the Night Watchmen

Some of the most important slots will be the ones nobody naturally wants: 1:00 AM – 5:00 AM.

Maybe that's the assignment you are being called to?

"I have posted watchmen on your walls, Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night." — Isaiah 62:6

For these hours, we're asking God to raise up watchmen who are willing to pray day and night.

The Daily Themes

Day 1

"Jesus, begin revival in us."

Repentance, consecration, and personal surrender

Take Your Place

There are 24 one-hour prayer opportunities. Find the places you are willing to commit. Take a difficult hour if you can. Take two slots. Pray together as a family. Gather some friends.

24 hours. 24 one-hour shifts.

One Church. One prayer: Jesus, have Your way.

Let's prepare the way together.

The Final Hour — All-Gathering Prayer

For the final hour, we're asking everyone who participated — and anyone else who wants to join — to pray together. Wherever you are, let's finish in agreement:

→ Save the lost.

→ Bring prodigals home.

→ Heal the sick.

→ Free the oppressed.

→ Restore the broken.

→ Awaken Your Church.

→ Fill Your people with the Holy Spirit.

And let everything that happens bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ.
