Get to know the member through regular conversations and observation in gathering contexts.
2. Ask Questions
Use the discussion questions to explore their heart, experiences, and sense of calling.
3. Observe Indicators
Look for behavioral patterns that confirm gifting and calling in specific areas.
Remember: This is a discernment tool, not a test. The goal is to help members discover where God has already placed their heart and gifts. Multiple areas may apply — people often serve in 2-3 complementary ministries.
