Launch slowly. Build deep. A 12-person core beats 100 casual attendees.
What Success Looks Like
Week 6
Your core group is tight. People are praying for each other outside of gathering time. Someone got saved. Someone got baptized.
Week 12
Three core members are ready to lead. You've invited 2–3 people into a second gathering. People are talking about this. You're not recruiting—you're directing traffic.
Month 6
You have 4–5 gatherings running independently. New leaders are emerging. You're coaching more than leading. The DNA is spreading.
Year 1
Tens of gatherings. Dozens of leaders. Hundreds of people. Stories of transformed lives, marriages healed, addictions broken, faith deepened. This is a movement.
