Your Role as a Leader: You are stewarding this entire funnel. You invite visitors, model discipleship, invite others into your gathering, and equip them to launch new gatherings. This is how the movement multiplies—not through one big church, but through many small communities reproducing disciples.
Why This Flow Matters
This flow isn't theoretical—it's the actual path we see disciples taking through The Early Church ecosystem. Each stage represents both a personal transformation and a strategic opportunity for multiplication.
Your Role at Each Stage:
📣 Visitor Stage
You are the inviter. Share authentically. Let your life be the advertisement.
🎯 Commitment Stage
You provide clarity. Help them understand what it means to commit to Jesus and to a community.
📖 Formation Stage
You guide them through The Way. Disciple them personally. Help them grow in their walk.
🤝 Community Stage
You create space. Lead gatherings. Build real relationships. Live out faith together.
⚡ Multiplication Stage
You empower others. Release leaders. Launch new gatherings. Celebrate multiplication.
The key insight: This isn't a funnel that narrows—it's a flow that expands. Each person who reaches multiplication then becomes an inviter for the next cycle. The movement multiplies when you focus on sending, not keeping.
